Messages
Change settings for using messages.
On the Settings screen, tap Applications → Messages.
• G eneral settings: Change various message settings, such as the default app to use and
more.
• D isplay: Change settings for the messaging window, such as the background colour and
more.
• S ignature settings: Set the device to display your signature on the message.
• T ext message settings: Change settings for text messages.
• M ultimedia message settings: Change settings for multimedia messages.
• P ush message settings: Set an interval for pop-up notifications that alert you to new
messages.
• C ell broadcast (CB) settings: Set the device to receive cell broadcast messages.
• N otification settings: Set the device to alert you to new messages.
• S pam message settings: Set the device to block messages from specific numbers or that
contain certain words.
• D elay message sending: Set the time the device waits before sending messages after
you tap the send button.
• S afe mode:
– Allow access to all links: Set the device to allow to open the link on a message when
you tap the link.
– Potential threat alerts: Set the device to alert you when you install apps that support
messaging feature to prevent phishing.
