Universe expansion

2048 DMX isn't enough? No problem. The Martin M1 can be
upgraded to generate up to 8192 DMX channels (or 16
universes). There are two ways to add more DMX universes to
the M1.
First, it is possible to purchase a 4 Universe license package
(more information at www.martin.com). The additional
universes will then be available through Artnet network
protocol or the Martin DUO DMX device.
It is also possible to enable the universes by using certain
Martin products. Connect any M-Series Module to the M1 to
enable two additional universes or use the Ether2DMX8 to
enable eight additional universes.
