    Step 4 : Choose Your Modem and Minimum Requirements Check Insert the SBC Express CD into your CD-ROM drive. SBC Express should start automatically. If not, select Run from the Windows Start menu. Type “D:\Launch.exe”. (Substitute the appropriate letter of your CD-ROM drive for “D”.) Select Efficient Networks 4060 and click Next.
