Troubleshooting

If your smartphone does not function as it is expected, please try
the following steps.

Your Smartphone is Not Responding.

 Reset your smartphone to force it to shut down. Restart the
smartphone by pressing and holding in the Power Button.
Your Smartphone is Not Responding or Can't be Turned On.
 The battery may be fully depleted. Please charge your
smartphone with the USB adapter provided with the device.

NOTE: DO NOT USE ANY OTHER SOURCE OF CHARGER TO
ATTEMPT TO CHARGE THE PHONE. ONLY USE THE
ACCESSORIES PROVIDED WITH THE SMARTPHONE.

Battery Life Seems Short

 Operation in temperatures under 5°C will result in a shorter
battery life. This is due to the characteristics of the battery and
is not a malfunction.
 Your smartphone has not been used for long periods of time.
Please recharge the battery again.
 The battery is not fully charged. Please charge your
smartphone for at least 6 hours.

Your Smartphone Cannot be Operated During USB Connection

 Note, that only applications that do NOT require storage access
(i.e. browser, Facebook, etc.) are operational while your
smartphone is connected to a PC.
