How to use the Canon GL1 Digital Video Camera
Connecting Power:
• Pull the eye piece out, then tilt it up
• Lineup power plug and slide it down until it clicks
• To remove the plug, press the release button just under the eye piece, slid the plug up and out
Inserting a blank tape (power must be present but camera can be "Off"):
• Push the open lever up toward the front of the camera and at the same time pull the cover out from the
camera
• Push the green "Eject" button, the tape holder will come up and open
• Insert tape with the label facing away from the camera
• Push the tape holder in toward the camera but NOT DOWN
• The tape holder will go down on its own
• After the tape holder is down, close the cover
