SYMPTOM
UNIT GOING BACK AND FORTH ONLY A FEW FEET
AT A TIME
UNIT NOT FUNCTIONING
TRANSFORMER LIGHT OFF
UNIT MOVES BUT IT IS NOT PICKING UP DEBRIS
UNIT IS CLIMBING OUT OF POOL

TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE
POSSIBLE REASONS
Drive motor has water in it
Debris stuck in drive wheel
Outlet not putting out proper voltage
Transformer not operating
Cord Defective
Outlet not putting out proper voltage
Transformer may be operating but the light is not on.
Transformer not operating
Pump motor malfunction, broken or jammed impeller
The pool does not have 2 feet of vertical slope for I
ncline sensor
Incline sensor is defective
Size of Pool is too big for unit
Cord is tangled
Filter bag clogged
Pump motor malfunction
Replace Drive motor
Remove debris
Check outlet voltage
Check transformer output
Check Cord Voltage; Replace cord if needed
Check outlet voltage
Test the unit with the transformer
Check outlet voltage
Change pump motor, or replace or free impeller
Replace Filter Bag with new 8 hole bag
Remove Pump motor and shake. If the unit continues to climb in spite of freed incline sensor,
Replace pump motor
Make sure the pool is less than 40 feet. If it is, reposition the power supply and rerun the unit.
Straighten cord before and after each use.
