    SOFTWARE CORRUPTION PROBLEM 1. Symptom of problem Software corruption problem occurs when IRD is unplugged while an upgrade of new soft- ware from satellite is in progress or application program of FLASH is damaged by other problem. In this case, IRD appear “DOWNLOAD” on VFD and is displayed on message box of TV or monitor as below [Figure 1-1].
