Getting to Know Your G8

Heated Seats (if equipped)
The heated seat buttons are located at
the front of the center console.
• Press the
(Heated Seat) button
to activate the Low heat setting (one
indicator lamp).
Continue to press the button to cycle
through the temperature settings of
Medium (two indicator lights), High
(three indicator lights) and Off (no
indicator lights).

Manual Climate Controls

A
The manual climate control system
includes the following controls:
(Fan): Turn the fan control knob (A)
to increase or decrease the fan speed.
There may be a slight delay when
selecting the highest fan speed. Turn the
knob fully counterclockwise to turn off
the fan.

Temperature Control: Turn the temper-
ature control knob (B) to increase or
decrease the temperature setting.
Air Delivery Mode: Turn the mode
control knob (C) to change the direction
of the air delivery to the vent, bi-level,
floor, defog/floor or defrost mode.
(Recirculation): Press this button
on the air delivery mode control knob to
recirculate air inside the vehicle. This
mode helps heat or cool the vehicle
more quickly and prevents outside air
and odors from entering the vehicle.
Recirculation cannot be activated if the
defrost mode is selected.
(Air Conditioning): Press this
button on the temperature control knob
to turn the air conditioning system on
or off.
(Rear Window Defogger): Press
this button on the fan control knob to
turn the rear window defogger on or off.
The defogger will turn off automatically
after a set period of time.

Automatic Dual Zone Climate

Controls (if equipped)
The automatic dual zone climate control
system maintains the desired individual
temperature for the driver and front seat
passenger. The system automatically
adjusts the air delivery mode, fan speed,
air conditioning and recirculation func-
tions to reach the set temperature(s)
as quickly as possible.
