Hi, I have plugged the device and all the other cables seem properly connected, however I keep getting "no signal" on the screen when I turn it on. What could be wrong?

A "no signal" message on the screen of an Enhanced Vision Acrobat HD Ultra device despite proper connections could be caused by interference from strong radio frequency fields, electrostatic discharge, or transient electrical noise. An electrostatic discharge may cause the screen to go blank. If this happens, turning the unit off and on again may resolve the issue.
