5.4.2 Firmware and DDC Key In Upgrade/Update Methods
A. Firmware Update Method
When you receive the returned LCD TV, please check whether the firmware version is the latest. If
not, please do the following procedures to upgrade it to the latest version.
(1) Power on the target system (Information Display).
(2) Connect the supplied cable from the PC's RS-232 port to the target system's update port (as shown in
Figure 1).
(3) Launch FlashUpgrader utility. Use the figure shown in Figure 2 to set the application.
