    Perform the following test if you are unsure whether your ovenware is suitable for use in the microwave: Heat the empty ovenware at maximum power for between 30 and 60 seconds. Check the temperature of the ovenware during this period. The ovenware should still be cold or warm to the touch.

    Timer You can use the timer as a kitchen timer. It runs independently of the cooking compartment. The timer has its own signal. In this way, you can tell whether it is the timer or a cooking time which has elapsed. 1.

    Cooking time The cooking time for your dish can be set on the oven. When the cooking time has elapsed, the oven switches itself off automatically. This means you do not have to interrupt other work to switch off the oven. The cooking time cannot be accidentally exceeded.

    Important notes Never treat the self cleaning surface with oven cleaner. If oven cleaner accidentally gets on the back wall, remove it immediately using a sponge and a sufficient amount of water. Never use abrasive cleaning agents. You will scratch or destroy the highly porous coating.

    Cleaning the glass cover The glass cover can be removed from the oven ceiling for cleaning. Caution: The oven must be cold. 1. Place a tea towel in the oven. Removal 2.
