The PiMag Water System is designed for use with cold water. Do not run warm or hot water through the system. To keep your PiMag Water System operating at peak efficiency, read the instructions in this manual carefully. - Page 3 If the plastic tubing on the PiMag Water System is too long, you may wish to shorten it. The following steps are only for shortening the tubes, if you decide this is necessary. If the length of the tubes is satisfactory, skip this section and go to Step 10 below.

Solution to problem (c): Filters may be clogged with contaminants. Replace water filters. Test this by turning on tap and running water through the tap water (non-PiMag™) setting. If the water flow is still reduced, the problem is not with the filters, but with the household water pressure. -

Nikken PiMag Water System is ready to perform properly when installed. Nikken warrants the parts related to the filter units of this system for 30 days from date of original purchase. Cannot get the filtered water to drain thru the float valve in my Nikken PiMag Aqua Pour deluxe
The float valve may not allow filtered water to drain in the Nikken PiMag Aqua Pour Deluxe due to hard water buildup. Hard water can cause the sponge pre-filter or ceramic dome to become clogged or hardened, restricting water flow. Regularly rinsing the sponge under cold water and cleaning it with your thumbs can help. A water softener may also improve performance in hard water environments.
