OWNER'S OBUGATIONS
The owner is responsible lor normal mainlelianee as described in the Own'er's Manual: however. minor adjustments {such as adJuSlments 10

deeler, giving him sufficient information to resolve the matter. The owner shalt deliver the motor home to the dealer or manufactuflng plant
location for warranty service.
DEALER'S OBLIGATIONS
By agreement with the manufacturer, the dealer is obligated to maintain the motor home prior to ,etail sale. to perform a delailed pre-delrvery
inspection and to repair 01 replace any parts necessary to correct defects in material or worl<manship.
WHEN THE DEALER DOES NOT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM

MANUFACTURING PLANT OBLIGATIONS
Upon receipt of notice of a claim. where the dealer was unable or unwilling 10 resolve the problem, Ihe manufacturing plant will repair or
replace any p8f1s necessary to correct delects in material or worl<menship, Of will Ialle other appropriate action as may be required

TERIES. WHfCH ARE COVERED BY THE SEPARATE WARRANTIES OF THE RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURERS OF THESE COMPO·
NENTS.

EXTRA EXPENSES SUCH AS TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM DEALER OR MANUFACTURING PLANT LOCATION, LOSS
OF TIME, LOSS OF PAY, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS, TOWING CHARGES. BUS
FARES. VEHICLE RENTAL, INCIDENTAL CHARGES SUCH AS TELEPHONE CALLS OR LODGING BILLS, OR OTHER INCIDEN·
TAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (OTHER THAN INJURY TO THE PERSON).
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SO THE
ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
