Note: Voicemail Password – Sprint strongly recommends that you create a password when
setting up your voicemail to protect against unauthorized access. Without a password, anyone who
has access to your phone is able to access your voicemail messages.
To set up visual voicemail:
1. Press and hold
2. Follow the system prompts to:
Create your password.

Record your name announcement.

Sprint Prepaid PINs and Passwords

You will need to create PINs or passwords to protect access to your personal account information
and your voicemail account. As a Sprint Prepaid customer, you enjoy unlimited access to all of your
information.
Account Login and PIN
When you register your phone online, your Sprint Prepaid phone number will become your account
login, and you will set up your own PIN to use when you sign on to sprint.com/prepaidmysprint.
Voicemail Password
You'll create your voicemail password when you set up your voicemail. See Set Up Voicemail for
more information on your voicemail password.
