    LPV1200 DUO SYSTEM Ⅰ. Applications & Characteristics of the LPV1200 DUO SYSTEM The LPV1200 DUO SYSTEM laminator was designed for lamination of large scale computer text, drawings and prints. The DUO will perform cold laminating, hot laminating and plastic packaging. “1200” refers to the maximum width (in mm) of the machine.
  • Page 6 LPV1200 DUO SYSTEM Ⅱ. Requirements for Uses  This machine should be used in ambient temperatures of 50°F to 105°F. Avoid high temperatures and humidity.  Storage and transportation temperatures: -68°F - 140°F  Ambient humidity: 40%—70%. Perfect humidity: 55%.

    LPV1200 DUO SYSTEM Ⅲ. Safety Indications  Before operation ensure that the voltage of power supply you are using matches rated working voltage  The power supply wires should be connected with air switches with leakage protection and the rated current should be 20A or more.

Any accidental entanglements will cause damage to rollers or the machine.  Do not attempt to laminate metal materials or other hard objects. Do not put sharp objects into the machine (for example, tools, rulers and knives, etc.).

    LPV1200 DUO SYSTEM XIII. Maintenance & Repairs  Periodic cleaning should be performed after a certain period of time, particularly the front rollers which should be cleaned frequently. Otherwise, the quality of lamination will be adversely affected. Before cleaning the machine, shut off the power and allow the machine to cool.
