Issue
A word I type is not recognized
I cannot check spelling
The touch screen keyboard is not displayed
Touch and hold the text. Tap Copy. Touch the cursor and slide
it to select the text you want.
Touch and hold where you want to paste the text. Tap Paste.
You can add words to the custom dictionary on your tablet.
AutoText replaces words that you type with other words,
usually to correct typos and common spelling mistakes. You
can also use custom autotext entries as typing shortcuts to
type common words with a few quick keystrokes.
Possible cause or solution
You can only check the spelling of text that you type.
If you have an external Bluetooth keyboard connected, the
touch screen keyboard is not displayed. Turn off or
disconnect your Bluetooth keyboard to use the touch screen
keyboard.
