This message may appear on the display screen for 15 seconds when the machine stops by the reasons of thread jamming, fabric
sewn is too heavy or the needle is bent, etc...
Please remedy the problem and restart the machine.

1. The needle thread tension is too loose.
2. The needle is too heavy or light for the fabrics being sewn.
1. The machine is not plugged in.
2. A thread is caught in the hook race.
3. The bobbin winder spindle is still in the winding position.
1. The stitch is not balanced.
1. The stitch density is not suitable for the fabric being sewn.
2. Interfacing is not being used with stretch fabrics.
1. There is thread caught in the hook race.
2. Lint has built up in the bobbin holder or hook race.
3. Slight humming sound coming from internal motor.
