  • Page 12: General Description

General description Seagate 1200 SSD drives provide high performance, high capacity data storage for a variety of systems with a Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) interface. The Serial Attached SCSI interface is designed to meet next-generation computing demands for performance, scalability, flexibility and high-density storage requirements.
  • Page 13: Media Description

To provide a stable target capacity environment and at the same time provide users with flexibility if they choose, Seagate recommends product planning in one of two modes: Seagate designs specify capacity points at certain block sizes that Seagate guarantees current and future products will meet.
