This equipment complies with Part 68 of the Federal
Communications Commission (FCC) rules and regulations published
by the industry's Administrative Council for Terminal Attachments
(ACTC). On the ( Location, such as rear clip) of this equipment is a
label that contains, among other information, the FCC registration
number and Ringer Equivalence Number (REN) for this equipment. If
requested, provide the information to the telephone company.

The telephone cord and modular provided with this equipment
is compliant with the criteria of the telecommunication industry. This
equipment is designed for connection to the telephone network or
premises wiring using a compatible modular jack that is also
compliant. See Installation Instructions for details.
The REN is used to determine the quantity of devices which
may be connected to the telephone line. Excessive RENs on a
telephone line may result in the devices not ringing in response to an
incoming call. In most but not all areas, the sum of the RENs should
not exceed five (5.0). To be certain of the number of the devices that
may be connected to a line, as determined by the total RENs, contact
the local telephone company. The REN for this product may be
printed on the product label or part of the product identifier that has
the format US:AAAEQ##TXXXX. The digits represented by ## are
the REN without a decimal point (e.g., 03 is a RN of 0.3).
