6.11.4 Password Setting

6.11.4.1 Record Password
Setting password so as to keep data secure. The password can be
formed by one to eight numbers or letters. Only when the password is
set, you can touch to lock data. The data kept secret cannot be viewed
unless the password is cleared.
Enter "Record Password".
Input up to eight numbers or letters, and press
to the "Confirm" box, input the password again and press
e.g. Input "123456" twice, then press
To set password off or clear password, you should enter "Record Pass-
word" again.
Choose "Password Off" or "Clear Password", input the password and
press to set it off or clear it.
To reset the password on or clear the password, you should enter "Re-
cord Password" again.
Choose "Password On" to reset it on. Choose "Clear Password", input
the password and press
Note: If the password is set but the data is not locked, the data still can
be viewed. Only when the password is set and the data is locked,
the data can be kept secret. If the password is lost, you can take
the unit to our Customer Service Center for clearing it.
6.11.4.2 Game / MP3 Password
You can set a Game / MP3 password one to eight numbers or letters.
Once entering these functions, you should input the password. (For
details of setting off and clearing password, please refer to "Record
Password").
