Check your SIM is entered correctly.

Check that you are connected to the router correctly.

Enter the SIM PIN in the management interface.

Check that the router is switched on.

Check that there are four lights shining on the router
and a solid blue light on the modem.

Connect to the router using the supplied
ethernet cable.

Make sure that you have turned WLAN on in the
Management Interface.

Make sure that SSID Broadcast is enabled in the
Management Interface.
>
Reset the router.
The SIM card has not been detected or is invalid
>
Your SIM has not been inserted into the
USB modem correctly.
>
You have not entered the PIN in the
management Interface.
