The electric motor has been designed for 230V and 240V only. Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Plug the switch cordset (1) into the extension cord. Starting up • Press the lock-off button (2) of the switch assembly, hold and then pull the switch lever (3) against the bar. -

The tines and machine may be damaged even if you move the tiller with the motor switched off, e.g. over solid ground. Prevent the tines from touching the ground by carrying out the tiller by the lower handle (6). -

Prior to each time the application is used • Check all electrical cables for signs of damage or ageing.
