Beetroot, Apple & Fennel

1 small cooked beetroot
1 Granny Smith apple
1 small fennel bulb
Broccoli & Pineapple

4 florets of broccoli
½ pineapple

Detox Juice

4 medium-sized carrots
1 cooked beetroot
¼ celeriac
½ lime

Peel the cooked beetroot. Wash the apple and
fennel and cut into pieces. Set aside a few fennel
plumes for decoration.
Put all the ingredients through the juicer, starting
with the beetroot. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Detach 4 florets from a head of broccoli and wash
thoroughly. Peel half a pineapple and process it in
the juicer, followed by the broccoli.
Serve over ice.
Peel the beetroot and wash the carrots and
celeriac. Cut the vegetables into pieces. Process the
beetroot in the juicer first, followed by the celeriac,
the lime, then the carrots. You can replace the
celeriac with 2 celery sticks.
