using the filter, and when servicing
the inner cartridge.

codes as you install
the filter. Use
their codes if they are different than

• Use the filter on a potable, safe-
to-drink,
house water supply only.
The activated carbon cartridge will
not purify water, or make it safe to
drink.
Do not use with water that
is microbiologicany
unsafe
or of

unknown
quality
without
ade-
quate
disinfection
before
or after
the system.
•
Do not set the water filter near
the edge
of the counter
where
it
could fall to the floor and break.
• The water filter works on water
pressures
of 40 psi (minimum)
to
100 psi (maximum).
If your house
water pressure
is over the maxi-
mum,
install
a pressure
reducing
valve in the water supply
pipe to
the water filter.
