Installing the External TMC Receiver / Connecting the TMC

Connecting the TMC Angled
Aerial
A TMC receiver is integrated into your
navigation system, to receive traffic infor-
mation. However, reception will only be
guaranteed if the TMC angled aerial sup-
plied with the device has been connected.
1. Plug the jack plug of the TMC an-
gled aerial into the earphones con-
nection on the lower side of your
navigation system.
2. Attach the aerial, on the edge or
your windscreen, for example, with
the help of the sucker.
3. Place the aerial so that a distance of
approx. 10 cm from the metal frame
of the screen is maintained.
