Knife Blade/Dough Tool
The knife blade is the most versatile of all the attachments. The length of the
processing time will determine the texture achieved, for coarser textures use the
pulse control.
Use the knife blade for cake and pastry making, chopping raw and cooked meat,
vegetables, nuts, pate, dips, pureeing soups and also to make crumbs from biscuits
and bread. It can also be used for yeasted dough mixes.
To ensure the long life of your machine, do not use the appliance continuously for
more than 3 minutes on this function. The motor should be allowed to cool down for
at least 1 minute, between each use. Use for no more than 3 times without allowing
the machine to cool down fully.
