Attach the ground wire from the electrical se,"vice under the washer on the green grou ;ing screw. If an external
ground wire is used. inse,q the wire through the cable clamp and attach under the washer of the green grounding
screw. Attach the other end of the external ground wire to a suitable external ground. If aquestion arises, refer
to your ]ocaI electrical codes. Tighten the two screws to secure the cable or conduil in the cable clamp.
Replace the terminal box cover.
Qn those models with a power cord. simply plug into receptacle. (See the Electrical Requirement Section).
NOTE: The e!ectrical schematic is located inside the access panel.
INSTALLATION CHECK
1. Che_k to be sure that electrical wiring and plumbing does not contact the motor or blower (if equipped).
2. Turn on the hot water and electrical supply. Water temperature should be minimum 140 F. (60_C).
3. Operate the dishwasher through one cyc!e making sure it fills, circulates and drains. And. check for any leaks.
Check the water leve! in the tub. It should fill the depression Lnthe tub bottom
4. Install the access and toe pane!s.
.5.Check t_qewa:er hardness. Recommend usLng one teaspecn of detergent for each graLnof hardness.
