Add contacts using your computer
You can also add and manage contacts on my.t-mobile.com
and changes are synchronized with your phone.
1. Log in to the site with your phone number and password.
2. Under Connect with MobileLife
3. Under Contacts, click Click here to manage.
4. Click Add / Import Contacts.
5. Enter the contact's information and click SAVE. You will
see the sync symbol next to the newly created contact.
6. At the top of the Contacts box, click Synchronize Now.
When the contact has successfully exported to your
phone, the sync symbol will disappear.
Call contact from the phone book
1. Press the Navigation key down to access the
phone book.
2. Scroll to the contact and press the green Send key.

1. From the main screen, select Menu.
2. Scroll to and select Messaging.
3. Scroll to and select Email.
4. Enter your name and e-mail address.
5. Select Continue.
6. Scroll down and enter your password.
7. Select Continue.
8. Select Yes.
9. Your phone will search for the
appropriate server settings. When it has finished, select
Yes again to update your inbox.
If your phone is unable to find the server settings you must set
up the account manually. To set up the account manually you will
need the connection type, POP or IMAP server address, and SMTP
server address.
10. When your messages have completed downloading to
your inbox, select OK.
11. Select Yes to turn on push messaging for IMAP accounts.
To set up additional e-mail accounts, select Menu >
Messaging > Email > Accounts > New account.
Separate charges may apply to send/receive/read domestic/international e-mails.
