    PRE ASSEMBLY TOOLS INCLUDED: F 5 mm L Wrench UNPACKING F 6 mm T-Wrench F Screwdriver Place the treadmill carton on a level flat surface. It is recommended that you place a protective covering on your floor. Take CAUTION when handling and transporting this unit.

    ASSEMBLY STEP 1 Open HARDWARE BAG 1. HARDWARE BAG 1 CONTENTS : Slide the right CONSOLE MAST down on to BOLT (A) SPRING WASHER (B) 15 mm 15.4 mm the CONSOLE MAST SUPPORT TUBE. On Qty: 8 Qty: 8 the front of the CONSOLE MAST, bolt in place using 2 BOLTS (A), 2 SPRING WASHERS WASHER (C) ARC WASHER (D)
  • Page 7 ASSEMBLY STEP 2 Open HARDWARE BAG 2. HARDWARE BAG 2 CONTENTS : Attach the CONSOLE to the CONSOLE BOLT (E) SPRING WASHER (B) MAST using 2 BOLTS (E), 2 SPRING 25 mm 15.4 mm Qty: 4 Qty: 4 WASHERS (B), and 2 ARC WASHERS (D). ARC WASHER (D) Repeat on other side.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY STEP 3 NOTE: There is no hardware bag for Assembly Step 3. Connect the CONSOLE CABLES and carefully tuck wires in CONSOLE MAST to avoid CONSOLE CABLE damage. COVER NOTE: Do not pinch console cable. Be sure the console cable prongs are aligned and the ends are tightly seated into each other.

    CONSOLE OPERATION Note: There is a thin protective sheet of clear plastic on the overlay of the console that should be removed before use. A) MONITOR DISPLAY: Speed, Time, Heart Rate, Distance, and Calories. B) STOP: Press to pause/end your workout. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the treadmill. C) START: Simply press to begin exercising, starts your program and also changes the display.

    MONITOR DISPLAY • SPEED: Shown as MPH. Indicates how fast your walking or running surface is moving. • TIME: Shown as minutes:seconds. View the time remaining or the time elapsed in your workout. • HEART RATE: Shown as beats per minute. Used to monitor your heart rate (displayed when contact is made with the thumb pulse).

  • Page 33 FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA CAMINADORA Nota: Despegue la hoja plástica delgada que sirve de protección a la consola. A) PANTALLA: velocidad, tiempo, ritmo cardíaco, distancia y calorías. B) STOP (PARAR): Oprima para hacer una pausa o terminar su sesión de ejercicio. Sostenga durante 3 segundos para poner en ceros la caminadora.
