SSEMBLY OF MEAT MINCER Place the feed screw (B) in the housing (A). Place the knife (C) and the disc (D) on the shaft of the feed screw. NB: The cutting edge to be facing the disc. Mount the ring (E) and tighten it by hand. Never use a tool to tighten the ring.

SE OF THE MEAT MINCER The meat mincer is suitable for mincing of all kinds of meat as well as mashing of boiled vegetables. Food to be prepared in the meat mincer must be cut into pieces of approx. 3 x 3 cm. During stanstill conditions, take out the mains supply plug of the mixer before inspection of the meat mincer.
