- Page 2 Allgemeines zum BT 2000 Das Freisprech-Set BT 2000 ist als komfortabel zu tragende Freisprecheinrichtung für Festnetztelefone (z.B. Bürotelefone) vorgesehen. Die neue Bluetooth Technologie ermöglicht eine zuverlässige und abhörsichere kabellose Übertragung zu Ihrem vorhandenen Telefon. Das System besteht aus dem Headset und einem Audio-Gateway, das den Anschluss an den bisher benutzten Telefonhörer gewährleistet.
- Page 3 Hörerschnur verfügen. Fast alle modernen Büro- und Heimtelefone sind heute mit steckbaren Hörerschnüren ausgestattet. Das BT 2000 ersetzt lediglich das Mikrofon und die Hörkapsel Ihres Telefonhörers, so dass sie sich beim Telefonieren im Umkreis von einigen Metern um Ihren Arbeitsplatz herum kabellos bewegen können.
- Page 4 Der Ladevorgang begint in dem Moment, in dem der Kopfhörer in den Schacht des Audio Gateway eingeschoben wird. Es werden ca. 1.5 bis 2.5 Stunden benötigt, um ein vollständig entleertes BT 2000 komplett zu laden. Eine Leuchtdiode links am Gateway informiert über den Ladevorgang. Während des Ladens leuchtet die Diode orange, bei einem vollgeladenen Akku grün.
- Page 5 Vorbereiten des Headsets zum Tragen am Ohr Das Headset lässt sich (wie auch im Lieferzustand) zum Verstauen, aber auch zum Aufladen in der Ladeschale zusammenklappen. Zum Tragen am Ohr klappen Sie bitte den Mikrofonarm (1) nach unten weg. Der Ohrbügel (2) ist im Endteil flexibel und dient zum Anpassen an die individuelle Ohrform.

- Page 7 Was tun bei möglichen Fehlfunktionen ? Das Bluetooth Set ermöglicht eine abhörsichere Funkverbindung zwischen Audio-Gateway und Bluetooth- Hörer. Damit auch nach Stromunterbrechungen die Abhörsicherheit gewährleistet ist, sollten Sie nach einem evtl. Herausziehen des Stromkabels am Audio-Gateway oder sonst bei einer vermeintlichen Fehlfunktion in folgender Reihenfolge vorgehen: •...
- Page 8 Menü. Innerhalb des Menüs wird die Umgebung Ihres Telefons nach aktiven Bluetooth Geräten durchsucht. Dabei wird Ihr Headset als „ BT 1000 by Albrecht “ erkannt werden. Mobiltelefon und Bluetooth Headset tauschen dabei Daten aus, die u.a. auch die individuellen Seriennummern enthalten, damit die Verbindung nur zwischen diesen beiden Geräten abhörsicher stattfinden kann.

General information BT 2000 The headset BT 2000 is a comfortably to wear hands-free headset for regular telephones (i.e. office telephone systems). The new Bluetooth technology gives you the opportunity for reliable and bug-free wireless transmission to your existing telephone. The system consists of a headset and an audio gateway that ensures connection to the presently used telephone handset. - Page 13 Today nearly all modern home- and office telephones are equipped with a plug-in receiver cable (4 pin “Western” sockets). The BT 2000 only replaces the microphone and the earpiece of your telephone handset so that you can move around within a range of several meters of your work place without any cables. You can use the BT 2000 at analogue as well as ISDN- or proprietary telephone systems.
- Page 14 Charging starts the moment the headset is being inserted in the audio gateway. It takes approx. 1.5 to 2.5 hours to fully charge a completely empty BT 2000. The left indicator light gives you information of the state of charging. (Orange = charging, green = battery full). A red light indicates either a defect of the battery or that the headset is not in the correct position in the audio gateway.
- Page 15 Important advice to prepare the headset before wearing on your ear The headset is being delivered folded up. The same position is used for charging in the charging station or for storing. To wear it on your ear please turn the microphone arm (1) as indicated downwards. The earhook (2) is flexible at the end so that it can be adjusted to the individual ear shape.
- Page 16 Accept incoming calls and adjust receiving volume • By once pressing the talk button at your Bluetooth headset you can take over a call with your wireless headset. Switch-over will always take a short moment. During switch-over you will hear a short melody.

Troubleshooting Under certain circumstances it cannot be excluded totally that current supply interruptions or interferences may perhaps have influence on the correct functions of the set.
