if the picture is normal

Measure U105 PIN1=1.8V
U101 PIN2=3.3V
U102 PIN2=3.3V
OK
X401 oscillate waveforms
are normal
OK
Replace U401
Reinsert or check the
NG
Adapter/Inverter
section
NG
Check CN101 or replace
U102, U101 or U105
NG
Replace X401
