    Description of the On Screen Display This is a feature in all Philips LCD monitors. It allows an end user to adjust screen performance of the monitors directly through an on-screen instruction window. The user interface provides user-friendliness and ease-of-use when operating the monitor.

    4.3 Pixel Defect Policy Philips strives to deliver the highest quality products. We use some of the industry’s most advanced manufacturing process and practice stringent quality control. However, pixel or sub pixel defects on the TFT LCD panels used in flat panel monitors are sometimes unavoidable.
