iPod not working

Probable Cause
❒ The iPod could have beeno updated
with software that is not compatible
with Windows Mobile™
(as Blue&Me™ is a system
developed in partnership with
Microsoft only systems that support
Windows Mobile™ are compatible)
❒ The iPod has not been configured as
an external disk
❒ It has been enabled for use as a
external disc but there are tracks
inside in M4P format (these formats
are not supported by Blue&Me™)
❒ iPod cannot by configured as an
external disk (e.g. iPod Touch, etc.)
❒ The iPhone devices are not
configurable as external disks
Possible Solution
❒ Use an alternative USB memory stick
or reset the iPod for Windows
❒ Enable usage as a external disc
(this function cannot be selected with
iPod touch and iPhones)
❒ Modify the track format to one that is
compatible with Blue&Me™
❒ Use the Lineaccessori Alfa Romeo
