This function is used select the type of video signal that will be output by the Video Out Jack.
NTSC
PAL
OFF
NTSC : Selects NTSC.
PAL : Selects PAL.
OFF : Selects OFF.

The TV video signal system mainly used in European countries.
The video signals are not output.
MENU : Takes you to the Settings menu.
