2) System EQ

The System EQ allows you to adjust the tone character of the CP piano to your taste. The Default EQ setting has
been tailored to the CP's own speaker system. There is also a Flat EQ setting (no EQ), four general purpose EQ
settings, and a User EQ, that allows you to edit the existing EQ settings or create your own EQ settings.
To create a User EQ:
Step 1
Select an EQ setting to edit and touch the EDIT button.
The LCD screen will display the User System EQ screen.
Step 2
Touch the screen to change the values in the four EQ ranges.

Step 3
Touch the SAVE button to save the edited EQ settings to the User EQ.
The System EQ affects the overall tone character of the CP speakers and the Line Out Jacks. When connecting the Line
Out Jacks to an external source the Flat EQ setting is recommended.
The Default setting is selected by default. If you want to save a different EQ setting as the default you must select the
"Save Current Settings" on the Power Up Settings screen (See Power Up Settings on page 115).
Setting Description
db Adjusts the volume of the LOW range frequency band (20 - 100 Hz).
dB Adjusts the volume of the MID1 range frequency band.
FRQ Adjusts the frequency of the MID1 band (355 - 1000 Hz).
dB Adjusts the volume of the MID2 range frequency band.
FRQ Adjusts the frequency of the MID2 band (1200 - 3150 Hz).
db Adjusts the volume of the HIGH range frequency band (5000 - 20000 Hz).
MENU : Takes you to the Settings menu.
EDIT : Takes you to the User System EQ screen.
BACK : Takes you to the System EQ menu.
CURSOR : Moves the cursor.
SAVE : Saves the edited EQ settings to User EQ.
Touch the screen to select your desired EQ
setting.
