Installation 1. Remove the rice cooker from its packaging. 2. Place rice cooker on a firm, level, dry surface free from obstructions. 3. Ensure your power point is switched OFF. 4. Plug the rice cooker into an unshared single phase, 10AMP power point. -

3. Measure out your rice into an alternative container using the cup provided. 4. Rinse your rice until water runs clear. (Do not use the cooking bowl for this function as it increases the chance of damage to the bowl.) 5. -

Troubleshooting No power. Cook/Warm lights do not illuminate. 1. Check power point is not faulty and power is switched on. 2. Fuse may need replacing. Refer to your servicing agent. Note On One-Shot Thermal Fuse: Your G&K Rice Cooker has been fitted with the very best One-Shot thermal fuses available on the market. - Page 8 2. Ensure heating element and base of bowl is free of food debris. Follow cleaning and maintenance instructions. 3. Switch may need adjustment or replacement. Refer to servicing agent. The rice is not cooking fully/evenly/ taking too long. 1. Lid removed too soon after cooking cycle is completed. Allow rice to sit for 15 minutes after the cooking cycle is completed and warming cycle activated.
