The Dyna-Mate II and Dyna-Mate II Air are designed to clean soiled, greasy, and oily parts, using Zep’s Dyna-143 or Dyna-170. Install your parts cleaner on a flat level surface, capable of supporting the load, in a well- ventilated area.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FILTER SYSTEM OPERATION The Zep Dyna-Filtration system effectively removes unwanted greases and oils on a continuous basis for more effective cleaning and longer solvent life. The system consists of a 5100 filter that traps large particles, before it enters the Dyna-Trap filter bag.

    F. CHANGING THE FILTERS. This Zep parts washer is equipped with the new filter change indicator. During normal operation, the indicator remains green. As the filter traps more soil, the indicator will change from green to red. This color change indicates that the filter element needs to be replaced.
