  • Page 4 FUSELAGE SET UP 1. Using Epoxy glue the tail section of the fuselage to the main body. Ensure that the slit in the tail section is on the bottom. This is where your tail push rod will be located. Note: roughen up the surface of the joining sections to give is a good bond.
  • Page 5 INSTALLING THE MECHANICS 4. Glue the wood spacers together using epoxy. The amount of spacers will vary depending on what helicopter you are using for the fuselage. The best way find out how many to use is to place the helicopter in the fuselage and raise up with the spacers until it fits properly.
  • Page 6 7. After the tail case is secured, mount the mechanics to the wood floor using the wood screws provided. FINAL STEPS 8. Install the beacon light to their locations and glue in place with CA. 9. Glue the windows in using canopy glue and being careful not to get any excess on the center portions of the window.
  • Page 7 10. Glue the horizontal portion of the stab to the vertical using epoxy. After completely dry, install the stab to the tail case on the boom. 11. When ready to fly secure the canopy to the fuselage by screwing into place as shown above. This will ensure you do not have a loose canopy during flight.
  • Page 8 FLYING CHARACHTERISTICS Since this fuselage adds weight to the helicopter we advise that you do not attempt any 3D maneuvers to ensure the integrity of the helicopter. With the added weight the blades may come into contact with the fuselage and destroy the helicopter if any were attempted.
