ACCESSING YOUR COMPUTER (AM-990 AND AM-990 JUMBO
CHASSIS)
When adding additional equipment or servicing your computer, you will have to gain access to the
components inside the computer. To do so, you will need to remove the computer's top cover and side
panel.
To remove the top cover:
1. Unlock the front door and swing it open.
2. Behind the front door, remove the two screws that connect the top cover to the chassis
3. Use the palm of your hand to firmly strike the rear corners of the top cover to slide it forward, in
order to release the locking tabs that hold it in place. Refer to Figure 3.
