10. Troubleshooting

Trouble
Unit is plugged into the
wall but the lights are
not coming on.
Water leak inside unit
Water leak from the
three hoses
Water leak from Beige
Plastic Connector
(located on bottom left
side of unit with two screws)
Water leak from filter
Clogged filter
Water pressure "Low"
* For all other inquiries please contact customer service for support.
Heaven Fresh
It could be a fuse that is not
replaceable. You need to
return unit to HF for repair
(Please remove the filter).
Tap water pressure is too high
Hose is not secured tightly
with metal clamp.
Beige Plastic Connector on
bottom of unit is damaged.
Black rubber band at the
bottom of filter compartment
is not tightly in place
Filter is worn out/needs
replacing
Bend in beige flexible hose

Try another outlet
Check unit LCD Screen on bottom
left hand side under rotating
wheel: L/Min (litres per minute -
should not be more than
2.5-3 litres maximum per minute.
Lower the water pressure on your
tap by not opening it at full force
(3 litres per minute is ideal setting).
Make sure hoses are
connected correctly & secured
with a Metal Hose Clamp
Unit must be returned to
Heaven Fresh for repair
Take out the filter. With your
index finger press down on
black rubber band to ensure
it is sealed properly. Now follow
"Filter Replacement Procedure"
Replace Filter
Straighten the hose
