You can select from different soundtracks/subtitle languages when they are recorded onto a DVD disc.

changing soundtracks

Select soundtrack
Press audio once during playback.
The currently selected soundtrack is displayed on-screen
for 5 seconds.

Change soundtracks
Press audio until the desired soundtrack is selected.
The soundtrack will change to the one selected after
approximately 2 seconds.
The SOUNDTRACK menu will automatically clear from the
screen after approximately 5 seconds.
changing subtitle languages

Select subtitles
Press sub title once during playback.
The currently selected subtitle language is displayed on-
screen for 5 seconds.

Change subtitles
Press the cursor
between available subtitle languages.
Press the cursor
subtitles in the selected language ON or OFF.
Press enter/select to confirm your selection.

Remove subtitles
Press the sub title button to access the SUBTITLE
on-screen menu.
Press the cursor
subtitles in the selected language OFF.
Press enter/select to confirm your selection.

soundtrack/subtitle language

Your DVD player will automatically default to English for soundtracks/subtitle languages.

Note: If the desired
audio soundtrack or
subtitle language is not
selected after pressing
the audio button several
times, the
soundtrack/language is
not available on the DVD.
Changes to the audio
soundtrack or subtitle
language are cancelled
when you open the disc
tray or turn the power to
your unit off.
Please note that you can
also permanently change
the languages so that
(when available on the
DVD
disc) the same language
is always selected
even when you replace
the disc or turn your DVD
player off. For detailed
