Colour Matrix

Selects the colour matrix used for colour conversion.

The setting is fixed to "Auto" and unadjustable when "Colour Space" is set to
"sRGB", "AdobeRGB", or "x.v.Colour".

The setting is fixed to "Auto" and unadjustable when "PC Monitor Mode" is
set to "On".
●
The setting is fixed to "Auto" and unadjustable when "Colour Space" is set to
"Auto" and the xvYCC signal is input to the HDMI terminal.
Auto : An appropriate colour matrix is applied automatically.

709 : The colour matrix conforming ITU-R BT.709 is used for

conversion.
601 : The colour matrix conforming ITU-R BT.601 is used for
■
conversion.

Colour Space

Changes the range of colour representation.

"sRGB" or "AdobeRGB" is selectable when "PC Monitor Mode" is set to "On".

Even when "Auto" is selected, the setting may not switch to "x.v.Colour"
automatically depending on the connected device or the connection status.
Auto : Normally applies "Wide". When the xvYCC signal is input to the

HDMI terminal, "x.v.Colour" is applied automatically.
Normal : HDTV standard.

Wide : The wide colour gamut of the equipped LCD panel. (Wider than
■
the HDTV standard.)
x.v.Colour : Colour representation suitable for x.v.Colour.

sRGB : Colour representation suitable for sRGB.
■
AdobeRGB : Colour representation suitable for AdobeRGB.
