Chapter 3: Hardware Installation 3. Hardware Installation The following instructions apply to installing the 100BASE-FX PCI-Express Fiber Adapter in most systems. Refer to the manuals that were supplied with your system for details about performing these tasks on your particular system. Do not install 100BASE-FX PCI-Express Fiber Adapter in PCI slave slots. Refer to your PCI system manual and select the appropriate configuration settings. -
