    Safety information CAUTION! Hearing Safety This product is designed to amplify sounds to a high volume level which could potentially cause hearing damage if used improperly. To protect your hearing and the hearing of others: • Make sure the volume is turned down before putting on the earphone or headphone before adjusting the volume to a comfortable level.

    2. Open the battery compartment using your thumb to apply pressure to the ribs on the battery door and slide it down and away from the Listenor Pro. 3. Insert two disposable AAA batteries into the battery compartment being careful to place them with the correct orientation of positive(+) and negative(-) terminals.

    You can place the Listenor Pro on the table in a restaurant, group situation or meeting. Placing on the table with the belt clip attached will also raise the microphone to point at the speaker or speakers.

    As you turn up the volume control on Listenor Pro, you should begin to hear the sound you want to hear clearly. Listenor Pro has now taken over from your hearing instrument microphone.

    Attaching the belt clip The belt clip slides into the grooves on the back of the Listenor Pro and locks into place under the tongue next to the microphone. It can also be used as a lapel or pocket clip. See the diagram...

    Sockets and connections Listenor Pro has a socket marked with the microphone icon which can be used with a number of connecting cables and devices available as accessories. 1. Directional microphone Where there is a lot of background noise, Listenor Pro can be used with a directional microphone for focussing on the sound of the speaker.

    It is available for quick and easy use and the Listenor Pro can be used by holding it in your hand and pointing towards the direction of the speaker or sound source, or by just wearing it around your neck.
