IV、Safety Precautions
1. Only use the heater in 240 volt power outlet.
2. Do not position the appliance in close proximity to combustible materials such as
furniture, curtains or bedding.
3. Always use the heater in an upright position and place it on a flat surface
4. Do not touch the protective grill or the back of the reflector while it is hot.
5. Do not cover the appliance during operation.
6. Do not operate the heater if you have damaged the heater or its components
including the power lead. If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person.
7. Do not attempt to repair the unit or disassemble it yourself as there are no
user-serviceable parts.
8. It is not recommended to use an extension cord.
9. When the unit is not in use, please remove the plug from the power socket and store
it in a safe dry area.
10. This product is not a toy. It should not be used by children or minors without
supervision
11. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
V、Operation
1. Plug the unit into a suitable electrical outlet, press top element on and the middle
heating tube will be in use. The upper and lower heating tubes can be controlled by
the corresponding switches. This will allow you to regulate the heat settings from
800W/ 1600W /2400W. For instance, you can either use 800W or 1600W by it self
or combine the two to gain 2400W maximum heat output.
2. Press the fan indicator switch to operate the fan only or either with one of the above
mentioned heat settings.
3. Note: Each switch is fitted with an LED light to indicate that it is ON.
4. When not in use, turn off power, remove plug from the wall and store the cord
inside unit using the cable tidy compartment.
VI、Maintenance
The regular cleaning of the reflector
1) Disconnect the unit from its power source. (Turn off unit and remove plug
from the wall)
2) Take out the steel grill.
3) First use a damp cloth to wipe off dirt from surface of the reflector, and then
clean with a wet cloth, finally clean it again with a dry cloth.
4) Once you have completed cleaning, fit the steel grill back on.
5) The unit's surface can be cleaned with a wet cloth. However, if you decide to
use any detergents it is advised to use a non corrosive agent. (i.e. avoid petrol,
thinner etc)
