POSSIBLE CAUSES
24. •"DISPLAY" is set to "OFF" in
the Date/Time Menu.
25. •"ON SCREEN" is set to "OFF"
in the Date/Time Menu.
26. •You have made the indicators
disappear.

28. •Certain Fade/Wipe effects,
certain modes of Programme
AE with special effects,
Picture Stabilizer and other
functions that cannot be used
together are selected at the
same time.
29. •The viewfinder is made with
high-precision technology.
However, black spots or
bright spots of light (red,
green or blue) may appear
constantly in the viewfinder.
These spots are not recorded
on the tape. This is not due to
any defect of the unit.

24. • Set "DISPLAY" to "ON" in the
Date/Time Menu (
• Press DISPLAY for longer
than 1 second to make the
indicators appear (
