To replace the igniter on an Enviro Bistro 3500:

1. Locate the igniter button on the front control panel.
2. Remove the igniter button.
3. Pull the spring out of the igniter body; the "AA" battery will come out with the spring.
4. Unscrew the igniter button and remove the battery.
5. Replace the battery with a new one.
6. Reinstall the components in reverse order.

For igniter module removal:
1. Remove the two 1/4" x #8 stainless steel sheet metal screws.
2. Drop the igniter module and heat shield straight down.
3. Disconnect one of the short wires from the ignition module that is connected to the ground.
4. If adding extra components, install any new wires where the short wire was removed.
5. When reinstalling, take care not to damage the wires to avoid ignition system failure.
