When you charge it, the green light and the red light will be on simultaneously. Notice: If there is not enough battery power left MDV 100 will enter the protection mode. Then it is not possible to switch the camera on. First you have to recharge it.

3.2 Power on and video recording Press Power button, the yellow indicator light turns on, now the camera starts an initialization process and after a short time it enters the standby mode. Now Press Record / Stop button to start recording, the yellow indicator light turns on and the red indicator light starts to flash slowly.

LED’s switch off. 3.6 Auto power off function MDV 100 will save the file and turn off automatically if one of the following occurs: a. When you shoot a video without enough power. b. If there is not enough disk space to record anymore.
