Troubleshooting
If this happens:
No audio when listening to XM
through an FM radio
Audio fades or has static when
listening
Audio sounds too soft

Try this
Check that your XMp3 radio and your car radio are
tuned to the same FM frequency .
Check all cables for a firm and secure connection .
If the problem persists, it might be interference from
another FM channel . Refer to Find an FM Frequency
on page 15 when using the XM SureConnect (sold
separately) or the FM Direct (sold
